How it works

Self Storage is for anyone who wants to store goods for any period of time.

Simply book a secure storage room or shipping container, depending on the type of access you require and how secure you want your goods to be. You can move in within the hour!

All you have to do is give us 30 days notice when you want to leave.

We have 3 storage locations in the East Midlands. Coventry Exhall, Leicester North and Castle Donington. Providing options for self storage as follows:

ONLINE BOOKING

All bookings can be made online via our website www.greyboxselfstorage.co.uk easily and simply, and although our locations are not manned every day, you are welcome to book a viewing and we will meet you and show you anything you want to see!

BOOKING A SHIPPING CONTAINER (Outside storage, access is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

  1. Select your location
  2. Select the size of container and where it is from the site map
  3. Select your payment – monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annual
  4. A fully refundable security deposit will automatically be added
  5. Add your ID, 1 photo and 1 address
  6. Checkout
  7. You will now receive a Welcome email giving you codes to the site gates and the location of your container padlock keys for you to collect

Booking a Storage Room (Coventry Exhall site only)

  1. Select the size of storage room and where it is from the site map
  2. Select your payment – monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annual
  3. Select your insurance value
  4. A fully refundable security deposit will automatically be added
  5. Add your ID, 1 photo and 1 address
  6. Checkout
  7. You will now receive a Welcome email giving you codes to the site gates and the location of your container padlock keys for you to collect. 
  8. Your email will ask you to list your contents for insurance purposes. Without this information we will be unable to pay out in the event of a claim.

Booking an Office or Warehouse Staff (Coventry Exhall site only)
