Offices & Warehouse Space
At our facility in Coventry Exhall, in addition to Storage Rooms and Storage Containers, we have Offices and Warehouse space too!
All of our storage and office solutions can be rented monthly or for longer periods to suit you. All we ask is for 30 days notice to vacate.
Offices
All offices have access to kitchen facilities and toilets. Entry is made by using a phone app ‘tap and enter’ system or by key pad coded entry.
Business rates, heating, electricity, LED lighting, WIFI and CCTV are all included in the price and there is of course toilets and kitchen facilities.
Warehousing
If you grow out of one of our smaller storage rooms or storage containers, then maybe your very own small warehouse is the next step?
We have sizes ranging between 350sqft and 1200sqft. Warehouses are paid for 90 days in advance and notice period is also 90 days, so they are ideal for startup businesses..
