Description
You are renting the area in green in the image on a 30 day notice rental agreement.
You pay by subscription and Grey Box Self Storage will charge your payment method automatically when the rent is due.
Your rent includes
- Yard and exclusive gated access (gate 2)
- Office 27-1 and Office 27-2
- Toilet and Wash Area (off office 27-1)
- Reception area
- Rates
Utility Bills – gas, electricity and water will be charged proportionaly as follows:
- Electricity & Water – 50% of the monthly bill
- Gas – 90% of the monthly bill
Insurance
- Grey Box Self Storage insure the buildings only
- The customer must insure all contents and vehicles on the premises.
You are allowed to operate a car/van rental business and errect signage (which must be authorised by Grey Box Self Storage) and you can also add an electrical socket to the outside of the building for the use of cleaning equipment and vacuums.
Sorry. You are not allowed to clean vehicles with a hose or water in the yard, or park vehicles in front of gate 1 or unit 25.
A schedule of condition will be created for both parties to sign on the first day of tenancy.
Notice to vacate is 30 days by the customer or Grey Box Self Storage, the security deposit will be returned within 30 days of vacating the property in full providing the property is returned in the same condition as noted on the schedule of condition.
